Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
at Stillwater Wellness

All services are designed to support insight, emotional openness, and meaningful integration. Ketamine is prescribed as intramuscular or sublingual and administered in accordance with Oregon regulations and professional standards of care.

My Offerings

Ketamine-assisted therapy at Stillwater Wellness is offered as a guided therapeutic process, not a standalone medication visit.

All services are designed to support insight, emotional openness, and meaningful integration. Ketamine is prescribed and administered in accordance with Oregon regulations and professional standards of care. Please note: I do not provide psychotherapy or mental‑health treatment. All counseling services offered are wellness‑focused and educational in nature.

Individual Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

One-on-one ketamine sessions designed to support healing, insight, and personal growth.

This offering includes:

  • Medical and mental health evaluation

  • Preparation session(s) to clarify goals, set intentions and establish therapeutic rapport

  • Facilitated ketamine sessions in a clinically-monitored setting with the doctor. I offer intramuscular or sublingual ketamine. I do not offer IV.

  • Post-session Integration sessions, ideally within 72 hours of the journey, to support reflection and behavioral change

This approach may support individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, existential distress, or difficulty accessing emotional flexibility. Ideal for individuals exploring trauma, identity, life transitions, or personal expansion.

Some clients seek this work as part of personal development within a therapeutic and medically supervised context.

Couples Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

A unique offering for couples who are psychologically stable and seeking deeper emotional connection, improved communication, or healing around relational patterns.

Couples work focuses on:

  • Joint assessment and preparation with shared intention-setting

  • Clear therapeutic agreements and intentions

  • Facilitated ketamine (intramuscular or sublingual) experiences with clinical oversight and monitoring

  • Integration sessions focused on relational insight and communication

This work is not traditional couples counseling and I am not a couples therapist. This is experiential, intentional, and deeply connective. This is not crisis counseling and is not appropriate for relationships with active instability or safety concerns.

Medical Screening and Prescribing

For clients already working with a KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy)–trained therapist and prefer to participate in ketamine sessions within that therapeutic relationship, I offer medical screening and sublingual ketamine prescribing.

Prescriptions are intended to be used only during scheduled therapy sessions with your therapist and not intended for unsupervised or at-home use.

What to Expect

  • A comprehensive intake and medical screening appointment (60–90 minutes) to review your history, assess eligibility, and answer initial questions.

All ketamine services are provided with appropriate medical screening, monitoring, and follow-up. Safety, consent, and psychological readiness are central to this work.

    Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is provided with:

    • Informed consent

    • Ongoing monitoring during your session.

    • Clear scope of care and referrals when needed.

  • Typically 2–3 preparation sessions (60 minutes each) focused on education, emotional readiness, and clarifying intentions for your ketamine work.

I want to help you get the most out of your sessions, and feel safe doing so. Preparation and intention setting are essential to meaningful ketamine-assisted therapy, and are required components of ketamine assisted therapy. Preparation sessions help us clarify intentions and build emotional safety.

These Prep sessions may focus on education about ketamine and altered states and preparing your emotional readiness and nervous system regulation.

  • Ketamine sessions generally last about 2 hours and are conducted in a structured, supportive setting. I won’t leave your side.

  • Integration sessions (60 minutes), ideally within 24-72 hours after your ketamine journey, support meaning-making, insight integration, and application to daily life. Integration is where the sustained benefit of ketamine develops. Some evidence suggests that ketamine opens a window of increased neuroplasticity and emotional openness, making therapy more impactful during and after dosing. Taking the time to make sense of psychedelic experiences helps translate insights into real-world change. The meaning-making following ketamine sessions will support you in applying insights to daily life and relationships.
Ketamine session + integration sessions often occur weekly for 6–8 weeks.

  • A concluding integration session (60 minutes) to reflect on your process, process insights, and discuss incorporation into your life.
